The property is conveniently located in the district of Cannaregio, a lovely residential area, bursting with bars and restaurants, the typical “bacari” where you can relax with a drink. It is still a part of the city where you can soak up the traditional venetian atmosphere. It is also an area where, within walking distance from this apartment, you can easily reach interesting and unmissable historical sites such as the Jewish Ghetto which dates back to the 16th century, the ancient venetian gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto, abundant in Tintoretto’s paintings and the Ca’ d’Oro palace, with its lovely Grand Canal-facing exterior

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 3 guests, it is 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma bus station and 10 minutes from Santa Lucia railway station. Situated at the raised ground floor of the building, it is furnished in a modern and functional style. It consists of a kitchen/lounge with dining table, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

It’s the simplest rate, without using discounts or promotions. You can decide whether to change and cancel up to 3 days before arrival, when the payment is made.
Breakfast, meals or any other service is not included. The booked service is “overnight stay only”. Self check-in is from 3 pm to 11 pm. Just tell us the arrival time and the means of transport (plane, car, cruise, train). You will receive by mail or whatsapp a map with directions to get to the apartment and the code to open the door. Check-out is before 10:00
Tourist City Tax
It is not included in the rental. It is to be paid at online check-in. The cost is € 4,00/night/person (January € 2,80). Children 10/16 years have a 50% discount. Children under 10 years are exempt
