A 5 minutes stroll from the railway station, and you are at the entrance of the apartment, overlooking the Cannaregio canal, one of the main waterways connecting the Grand Canal with the lagoon; here several regattas, parades and water shows take place throughout the year. Close by is the historical Jewish ghetto area, one of the very first Hebrew quarters of Europe, still today a hub of the Jewish community of Venice, with 5 synagogues, a museum and other religious centres. The Cannaregio district is also ideal for winding down with an aperitif o taste the typical cicchetti (traditional venetian finger food) at one of the many bacari (traditional venetian bars), the typical osterie (wine bars) and restaurants

The property is contemporary style, is located on the first floor and composed of a double bedroom, bathroom, a spacious lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can access a small veranda and enjoy the peaceful venetian atmosphere, especially in the summer, when you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner here

The apartment is fully heated and air conditioned, it has Wi-Fi, v, dishwasher, heated towel rail, all beddings, an infant cot, a courtesy set and welcome hamper. Apartment is equipped for the little ones with cots, high chairs, kids’ crockery and some toys/board games.

It’s the discounted rate with the possibility of free cancellation 21 days before arrival, when the payment will be made. After payment, however, you can change the date of stay up to 14 days before arrival, without penalty. Can be combined with “LONG STAY” promotions
Breakfast, meals or any other service is not included. The booked service is “overnight stay only”. Self check-in is from 3 pm to 11 pm. Just tell us the arrival time and the means of transport (plane, car, cruise, train). You will receive by mail or whatsapp a map with directions to get to the apartment and the code to open the door. Check-out is before 10:00
– LONG STAYS: it’s the promotion that makes you save if you stay for more than 6 nights. You can combine it with the rates “CASAMISA” and “FLEXIBLE”.
– LAST-MINUTE: is the discounted promotion for bookings in the last 8 days. You can combine it with the offers “CASAMISA”
Tourist City Tax
It is not included in the rental. It is to be paid at online check-in. The cost is € 3,00/night/person (January € 2,00). Children 10/16 years have a 50% discount. Children under 10 years are exempt
